A Word from Nathan Allen

• Running has been a gift in my life, and my passion is inspiring an increasingly diverse community to get into running and trail running. Thoughtful, insightful, and helpful gear reviewing and coverage have been my professional way of realizing this passion. My personal interests include trail running, mountain biking and cycling (gravel and road), paddle boarding, fly fishing (and fly fishing from my paddle board!), reading, meditation, trying to find the best vegetarian burrito in Ventura County, and my 115-pound Bernese Mountain Dog.
