The Canyons Endurance Runs by UTMB 100k logoThe 2022 Canyons by UTMB 100k starts in downtown Auburn, California, in the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Over 59.3 miles and 14,900 feet of climbing later, the course climbs ever higher into the mountains to its finish line in the mountains’ middle elevations. Of course, the route incorporates plenty of descents into and traverses through the canyons from which the race gets its name.

The race begins at 5 a.m. U.S. Pacific Daylight Time on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

The race is part of the UTMB World Series. This is also the final race in the Western States 100 Golden Ticket Races series, so three lucky women and three lucky men will earn entry to the event.

We’ll be livecasting the event on iRunFar’s Twitter feed. We’ve also gathered various news sources together in our Twitter feed below. Have fun following the race either way!
